I'd like to be able to continue to use the EXL discuss code while
using either either netbsd or linux platforms, but I'm not sure how to
best do this. Perhaps via symlinks in /afs/sipb/project/discuss/exl
to /usr/athena/{bin,etc} for these platforms? Some other way?

I can always `make it work', but it'd be nicer if we could come up
with a standard way to do this...
