After my talk about Linux at the consulting training meeting, one of
the questions I was asked was whether we could create a discussion
list for Linux users. Of course, anyone could create such a list, so
I presume the idea would be that SIPB auspices would make it more
likely to succeed.
Someone with a spare list may want to consider it.
Meanwhile: a discussion between warlord, mib, and I brought up the
point that we can't distribute an encumbered AFS port to Linux (it
wasn't clear it limiting it to MIT would make it legally possible, but
it'd still be problematic). I think we'd better stick to NetBSD for
hopes of an AFS client.
