one of the athena rpm's is putting the "layered" line in
/etc/athena/version.  below it, if all goes well, the lines

"Kludged install by SIPB on <date>
Athena Workstation (linux) Version <version> <date>"

is included by my script.  is the extra "Kludged install" line
insufficient for identifying kludgey machines?

i can easily make the post install script replace /etc/athena/version
altogether, but i don't understand why machines installed with my script
are hard to identify as it is.
