Hi,

I got the RH 7.1 installer code to actually build a set of
boot disks and install server images. The development is
based on Richard's CVS repository, and my (minor) changes
to the distributed scripts (and a top-level Makefile) have
been checked into CVS. My sandbox, with a current build,
is sitting at /mit/linux/devel/redhat/7.1.

Richard, are all of your installer changes checked into CVS?
If so, then I think we're ready to start testing the installer.
In particular, we need to copy install/installer/RedHat/base
to the install server (note: the new installer does not need
the 'instimage' subdirectory) along with the set of RPMS.

The bootdisks are sitting in installer/images.

So, Richard, how goes from your side?

Enjoy!

PS: The changes I needed to make to get the images to build were
absolutely minimal. I just needed to figure out what they were doing,
and make a few changes so we could use our own version of anaconda
instead of needing to build our own anaconda RPMS.
