FWIW, I helped out with a class on the SIPB product in 1997 and 1998
whose format was along the following lines:
* Explain what Linux is.
* Explain what Linux-Athena is, and why people want to run it.
* Install on a sample machine (connected to a video projector),
explaining what various choices mean.
* Take questions from the floor.
