Owls is going to provide a URL you can send people to.  There will
probably also be an email address you can sed to if that's easier.  I
think* the preference is that the installer itself do this rather than
the installation notes, but if that's impractical, I'm sure somethign
can be arranged.

* It's also possible that I'm just confised here.


What was the resolution on the PUBLIC=true discussion?
