[I'm copying sipb-staff because I believe we are in fairly grave
danger of failing on this project because of lack of help and we seem
to have committed SIPB to this project at the meeting before the
midway.]

* jdaniel is the only person outside of those involved in the original
effort who has attempted to test the install. It failed, but we
  fixed the bugs.

* We need to talk to release-team and see if we can get them to agree
to help us by getting Kernel updates for all architectures available
and to commit to doing this in the future.

* I keep running into significant problems with the customized
floppies. I believe I have resolved these but have been unable to
test. Unfortunately my build tree was deleted and I need to rebuild
  the latest image.

* We need someone to work on the text installer and on graphics. That
  someone will not be me.

* We need to work on custom installs; I can do this when I get back to
Cambridge; it should be fairly short.

* We need to work on documentation; cfox has a good start.

* We need people to test. This is the thing that has me the most
worried. :With the response we have seen so far within SIPB, I
don't think we have people available with enough time to make this
  project a success.

There may have been discussion in person not reported to linux-dev
that postdate my trip to Austin; I may not be fully informed.
