So, now that I've more or less finished the charon upgraded, I have
some more time to devote to other SIPB projects. The SIPB installer
seems like a useful thing to get out the door, given the number of
people who seem to be trying to layer IS Athena while not wearing
sufficiently tall pointy hats. What's left that needs doing?
