I do not believe that things like these are documented anywhere:

	running sshd
	using/etc/athena/access
/etc/{passwd,group}.local (I believe these are defunct, no?)

Local email (how to do it has changed)

Are there other major changes that I'm forgetting? Some of these
are documented in the Athena 8.2 release notes, but some of them are
not.

Also, I formally propose that we change the sendmail.cf to forward
everything to 'outgoing.mit.edu' instead of 'athena.mit.edu'. It's a
one-word change in the .cf file, and it will keep all the other
functionality of the current .cf file.
