Fixed

Done.

Give this a chance... I'd like to do this in the future, but first
things first. My first goal was to get RedHat-Athena into working
order before the midway. I'll work on using RedHat 3.0.4 and getting
an srvd-system into place later.

Fixed, I think...

Unfortunately there were a number of bugs in the old package scripts.
So, if you have installed RedHat-Athena before the date in this
message, you should perform the following series of commands as root.
There were some bugs in the RPM scripts which causes direct upgrades
to fail. Direct upgrads should work after you run this. If you've
installed after the date of this message you should be ok.

attach -n -m /image -e small-gods:/redhat/3.0.3/i386
cd /image/RedHat/RPMS
rpm -e afs athena-rc attach misc mit-named ttylogin xlogin
rpm -i athena-rc-1.0-6.i386.rpm afs-3.3-1.2.13.22.i386.rpm
rpm -i attach-1.0-3.i386.rpm misc-1.0-6.i386.rpm mit-named-1.0-3.i386.rpm
rpm -i ttylogin-1.0-6.i386.rpm xlogin-1.0-5.i386.rpm

After this, using rpm -U should work properly.
