I can provide you with more specific syntax later when I am in my other office,
but basically, you can invoke netscape.exe with the -P parameter to specify a
specific profile. If you choose a common place for the profiles (say, under \
Documents and Settings\Application Data\Netscape\UserProfile), you can simply
create a shortcut with the %username% in it such that it references the
currently logged in user. Using a batch file and %username%, you can also batch
create default profiles, even include a login script that will check to see if
the user has a profile, and if not create a default for them--so that the first
time a user logs in, s/he will get the default profile automatically set up.
