You do not need registry edits in order to have multiple Netscape
profiles. You can simply create them. Each profile will be
inaccessible to the other users if you properly protect the profile
directory using win2k security permissions. I think you might be
thinking about registry edits to get Netscape to work under win2k for
regular users. I avoided that with Netscape 4.74 by making users power
users on their machines. Supposedly, you don't need to do that with
Netscape 4.78, but I never tried.
