netscape multiple users reg edits?

Hi hi,
I'm prepping a new pc (win2k) for use by several users (it will not be
attached to a domain controller) and am looking for tips/techniques to
allow for individual users Netscape profiles. I have a vague recollection
of someone referencing required registry edits to accomplish this, but
can't seem to locate any documentation. It's Netscape 4.78 from the
web.mit.edu/software/win.html.
