Has anyone tried UPromote or other PDC to standalone server

I came across UPromote and was wondering if others have tried it or other
similar products.

Basically, it is software that can make a standalone server into a PDC or
BDC or vice versa. I have two servers that were setup some time ago as NT
4.0 PDC that I would like to change over to Windows 2000 Stand Alone
servers and am thinking about using this product.
The licensing seems to be fairly cheap, $239 for a single geographical
location, so I may be getting a site license for MIT if I like it.
