You could potentially use DCPromo to upgrade the server to a PDC after
you've made the upgrade to Windows 2000 Server, though, you need to be
careful about Active Directory issues related to this.
This might be a useful tool for those who want to remain with NT4 (as
DCPromo is Windows 2000 only), and could ease the transition. The product
looks good and well built.
