Hi,

Do you back up the user's ntuser.dat file frequently? If so, then try
deleting the ntuser.dat file for that account. Have the person relog and
attempt to open the folder to see if the problem persists. Often, when
you run into a problem of this nature, a registry key is corrupt (either
it is unreadable or has a value that is abnormal).
