Hi,
I run WinNT 4.0 with service pack 4. Beyond the normal MIT recommended
software and office 2000 I use Illustrator 8.0 and Photoshop 5.5.
I also have realJukebox and RealPlayer installed. While not a daily or
weekly occurrence, the system will freeze and when I shut down the system,
task manager will pull up a end task box for the Real software - usually
more than one. This happens even when the Real software has not been
started or used in the session.
I have already reinstalled the Real software once and this continued to
happen. So I am going to remove it from the system, but I am curious if
anyone knows why this happens or how I might fix it.
