Hi y'all,
I'm a vegetarian grad student at MIT, and I'm looking for another
vegetarian person to share a 2BR apartment in Beacon Hill. I'd
prefer a vegetarian since it may be possible to take turns cooking
(although this is not required).
Here are the details-
The apartment: 2 bedroom, 1 living room (with 1 year old carpeting),
1 bath, and a kitchenette (spacious) with 1 year
old appliances (self cleaning oven/stove, full
size refrigerator, and dishwasher).
The location: On Cambridge Street in Boston, three blocks from
the Red-line Charles-MGH stop, and five blocks from
the Green line, Govt. Centre stop. Very safe locality,
in the heart of old Boston. MIT housing called
it the second safest neighborhood in the Boston area
(safest is back bay).
Groceries: Large Stop and Shop right across the street!
Attractions: Excellently located, minutes walk to Downtown Crossing
Haymarket, Faneuil Hall, Boston Common and the Charles
River Esplanade. A very picturesque 20 minute walk to
campus. Close to jogging trails around the river. S&S
directly across the street, plenty of restaurants
and a Starbucks cafe on the ground floor of the
building!
The rent: Very reasonable, 425/mnth including heat and hot water.
Electricity extra. No fee. Last month's rent in
advance. 12 month lease 8/1/95 to 7/31/96. Sublets are
permitted.
