I just thought I would share that I tried out the new Indian restaurant
on this side of Central Square, Desi Dhaba, which is right next to Pu Pu
Hot Pot (across the intersection). It is great. They seem to emphasize
their vegetarian dishes, and the food that we had was wonderful. The
menu has a lot of South Indian dishes, which are relatively harder to
find. (A typical South Indian dish is a 'dosa', which is like a big
crepe with potatoes, veggies and spices inside.) Anyway, I hope they
survive and we should do a dining trip there at some point, especially
since it's so close. Check it out!
