The 9.4.8 athena-krb5 package doesn't actually have a telnetd (or ftpd)
in it. I'm not sure what happened, since all of third/krb5/src/appl
builds fine for me on Linux, assuming I link against a liblocker with
the patch I applied to add a dummy rxkad_stats symbol.
