I haven't nailed down the real problem, but rebuilding against the smp headers (from the kernel-smp-devel rpm) produces a working module. For now, /afs/dev/user/amb/tmp/libafs-2.6.9-5.EL.i686.mp.ko should get keesh working again. (Drop it into /usr/vice/etc/modload and reboot or at least restart AFS.)
