On the theory that this was my fault, I built a new athena-openafs
package with a slightly different build environment, installed it on
quiche, and attempted to load the AFS module. It didn't work, and
Andrew will be looking into the problem further. I'm just sending this
note to explain why quiche's athena-openafs module is at version 9.4-6
at the moment.
