At the end of mkserv (stand/ops, I believe) it prints this message,
among others, from /srvd/usr/athena/lib/update/quota.add:
===> Remember to edit /etc/fstab and create quotas files fro each
===> quota controlled partition.
Presumably this message should be updated to reflect what needs to be
done to set up quotas with the new software. (I know, you don't know
what "needs to be done" - neither do I... )
