I wonder how widespread this is.
I suppose it is probably not worth adding a heuristic to check for it
(e.g. test for the presence of .athena-cshrc-sane-9.2, and if unset, run
csh and check for output, and pop a gdialog to the user explaining
the situation and pointing them at a stock answer or OLC or
what-have-you).
