Indeed.  The infoagents locker's version of mpg123 is fairly old and
crufty.  Up until 9.1, we included mpg321 in the athena linux release,
which at least provided command-line users with a good mp3 player.
It's easy to build; I can probably help rbasch get a new version into the
infoagents locker soonish.
