Hm, I take that back. Our environment is sufficiently divergent from
normal that users should probably only submit bug reports directly
upstream if they are sufficiently familiar with the way we work to know
what is the result of a local hack and what is not.
(We don't try to be any more divergent from normal than we have to, of
course, but we all know that using AFS home directories across multiple
platforms doesn't allow you to be perfectly normal.)
