Hi,

I posted on this before but now have more specific information- it seems that
nautilus is being set as default gnome help browser by this line in file
~/.gnome/Gnome:

	ghelp-show=nautilus "%s"

I edited this manually to

	ghelp-show=gnome-help-browser "%s"

and the help system opened (in gnumeric, most likely other gnome apps
too). Since nautilus generally won't work to display html help in our
environment, can the default be changed as above? Note that I'm not sure
if other things could be setting this back to nautilus.

Even after doing this, two error messages print in the launch window:

GnomeUI-WARNING **: Could not open help topics file NULL

(on help launch)

GNOME Help-DEBUG: CORBA user exception: IDL:omg.org/CosNaming/NamingContext/NotFound:1.0.

(on help exit)

I'd like to be able to make these go away... otherwise help seems to
work normally.

                                                      Alex
