Ok, this makes sense; we either need to make /etc/name_to_major.134
exist in the miniroot or change the way setup-swap-boot works; I'll
talk to miki about this.

The Xfree8.6 3.3.6 SVGA server package seems to not be in the 9.1.1
RPM list. We'll look into this.
