I take that back. Actually, that has to be in /etc/conf.getty to make
the virtual consoles authenticate you properly.
The following bug is still manifest on the VCs, however:
tcsh: No entry for terminal type "unknown"
tcsh: using dumb terminal settings.
Terminal type? [vt100]
If the user presses enter, the right thing will happen, but it's kind
of annoying for it to not just log you in.
