Both opus and oliver are not responding to busypoll requests. (They
do respond to finger et al, and steve responds to busypoll requests,
so this looks like some condition the machine can fall into somehow,
although I don't know how yet.) This will eventually cause larvnet to
decide the machine status is unknown (which looks like "busy" to the
report).
So now I just need to figure out why busypoll isn't working on those
machines.
