Earlier today, seph noted that cview sipb reported very few free
machines (specifically, all of the 8.3 machines not free) even though
the office was closed.
Right now, cview sipb reports 0 out of 1 free O2s in the sipb cluster,
even though oliver is free. There is no /var/athena/busy file
present.
I'll try to track this one down soon.
