I rebuilt and released the packs today. Changes include:
* add should deal with an empty INFOPATH better.
* We have MIME attachment support.
* The mhl filters have been adjusted.
* lpd.conf is a configfile.
* sendmail should handle the time zone better.
* readline is installed, and used in discuss, zctl, and olc.
* lprng has been updated, and files are installed in better
places. Some compatibility (e.g. LPROPT) has been added.
* An nmh bug in "what now" has been fixed.
* SGIs should run with a 24-bit default visual normally.
* attach error reporting is fixed somewhat.
* The console resources are installed in the right place.
* fsid -a only auths for filesystems you attached (as in 8.2).
* There's a new athinfo query to get inst machine settings on
IRIX.
* A dsgrep error message has been fixed.
* init.d/athena cleans up liblocker's state better.
* machtype won't display gfxinfo output out of order on IRIX.
* olcd reports machine info better.
* nmh no longer uses replgroupcomps.
* Terminal logins will only display new global motds.
I bumped the version number to 8.3.2 to get everybody at mostly the
right baseline.
