Yes. That might have been more appropriate in a day when we
maintained the operating system. Today we generally only document
changes we think might bite people.

It probably would have been good for the system release notes to
contain a pointer to Sun release notes, but I didn't research where
those are (perhaps on the Sun doc server). Likewise for IRIX.
