2.5.1 -> 2.6 changes in relnotes?

I was under the vague impression that the 8.2 Release Notes were
supposed to include a reasonably comprehensive list of the changes
from Solaris 2.5.1 to 2.6. Was I confused?
At the moment, they have:
Solaris and IRIX Operating Systems upgraded. On Sun Workstations,
the operating system has been upgraded (from Solaris 2.5.1 to
Solaris 2.6) and a variety of patches have been applied. On SGI
Indy workstations, the operating system has been upgraded to IRIX
6.2 and the new SGI O2 workstations are running IRIX 6.3.
Since changes from 2.5.1 to 2.6 were somewhat significant, it seems
like there should be a way for users t ofind out what they were...
