Hi!
Something weird just happened here, and now I have two xterms that
don't work right.
I had two normal working xterm windows. I was using olcr happily in
one, and doing other normal stuff (grep, discuss, etc) in the other.
I was connected to an olc question in one. I started to done the
question, and realized that I forgot to change the topic. I ^c'd out
of that. I started up olcr in that same window again, but when I typed
"olcr" it didn't show up on the screen. It did start, though. I typed
"topic -t mail", "done", "no", "yes", and "general new user
questions", and those all showed up fine. Then I grabbed abother
question and typed "send", and that showed up fine.
When I started to type my message to the user, it didn't show up.
Neither ^d or . would work to get me out of it, either; I had to ^c
out. Then whenever I hit return in that window if just gives me my
prompt on the same line.
I thought maybe the olcd crashed or something, so I tried my other
xterm, and the same thing happened there. I started up a new xterm,
though, and could use OLC fine in it...
Oh, whenI typed reset in those broken windows it fixed things.
Thanks,
Carla
