Actually, the bug I just reported isn't limited to "perl -de <foo>."
The perl debugger doesn't work at all.  Trying to run "perl -d <Perl script>"
also gives the error
Can't locate perldb.pl in @INC.

As before, the version in the perl locker works fine.
