Perl is still misinstalled in 7.6, Harry... I'm sure it'll be fixed
soon, since it's a simplethink (just takes time, which Craig probably
doesn't have anymore. :-) Until then, you could either just run the
binary from the perl locker (it's newer anyway) or push the perl
locker's lib onto @INC...
