Fine... tcsh features then... They are not part of the vendor csh, and
that is all we currently support in 7.3 on the rios. tcsh 6.00 has not
yet been discussed for inclusion into the release, and it is still a
moving target. That is the only csh-like shell that we have been able
to compile.
