Hi Barbara,

Dave Lambert asked me to forward you a sample of the automated email 
that we propose to send out to print job submitters in the name of 
the Computing Help Desk.  The forwarded email below was generated 
after I removed all of my user information (i.e. cost object, 
building, and room number) from our database and then used lpr from 
Athena to submit a print job to one of the print queues managed by 
the central printing service.  Please let me know if you have any 
questions or if we need to change any of the text.
