Hi Rocklyn,
I had a nice chat with Barbara yesterday. No problem sending it from
computing-help. No problem turning it on now before the HD has
an interface to the IPM DB. She does *not* want a trouble ticket
opened by sending a second copy of the email to Casetracker.
She asked for a fresh sample of the email. I also offered to incorporate
any recommended changes to the email if she had any. So, please send
Barbara the latest version of the email and cc: printdel. Thanks
in advance.
