After the line about filling in ........ You should have a sentence to
the effect that you will not be charged for this printing service, the cost
object is for usage reporting. Or something along those lines. I am not
sure that the information included at the bottom will really be helpful to
the BLT, but will leave final say on that issue to them.
I also think the language around "your job cannot be processed" could be
gentled, "your print will require additional work, to be delivered
properly and in a timely fashion. To ensure proper handling and delivery,
please go to the following url and fill in the information.
At this point we are not rejecting the jobs, until we are I think this
would be a better approach. Or are we planning to turn the reject back on
with the implementation of this mail going back to the users?
