BUSINESS MODELING
The business modelling information is almost complete. Dave provided the
missing information about cost of diskspace and server space associated
with printing. It's pretty tiny.
At our next meeting Cec/Kip will present their information to the full team
for a reasonability check. (Cec's work on this provides a model for similar
work to be done on other projects.)
Finally, Cec w/draft up a report that follows the outline of the
information she and Kip have compiled. The report also needs to include a
section that describes and evaluates the enterprise print business (Moore
report provides info) from the delivery perspective (as opposed to the BAR
which describes the customer perspective). This report needs to note
anything that is missing from the current print business.
