This involves changing the meaning of the column and a flag day, which
I'm kind of unthrilled about, although it's technically quite easy. It
does involve updating the AFS backup scripts to just convert the number
right back, though, since those commands still take numbers in
kilobytes.

This might actually be more doable than the above, and has the nice
property that it wouldn't change the meaning of the quota column.
Since this is mostly a cosmetic change, I'll look into it, but I'm not
going to make it a priority.
