I use LIST:marc, which is also not a mailing list, in a similar way,
but it contains USER:marc :

It's possible I'm experiencing the same bug jcb is, but since
LIST:marc and USER:marc will generate identical aliases output, I
don't have any way to tell. But if someone is debugging this, I might
make another useful test case in the debugger.
