Yup, I remember the transition to afs (which occuired long after the
creation of moira) well.

Yeah, we stopped giving them out automatically about 5 years ago.

I wouldn't be surprised if they gave it to you, but people hurting
themselves with this sort of list (generally getting the order of
arguments to blanche wrong) is one of the reasons we stopped giving
them out automatically.
