Accomplishments (what did we accomplish in the last period?)

- Received benchmark pricing information from 3rd party vendors
- Conducted interviews with some large labs and centers ie. LCS, Sloan
- Met with AMPs (Babi and Phil) to discuss their interest in this project work
- Held team meeting with Sponsors
- Analyzed and summarized peer school information
- Completed price comparisons
- Began to define new service offerings
- Refined recommendations based on Sponsor feedback
- Began financial model
- Continued to build report

Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)

- Complete interviews with large labs and centers ie. LCS, Sloan
- Summarize and analyze peer school information
- Complete price comparisons
- Continue to define/refine descriptions of new service offerings
- Refine recommendations
- Complete financial models
- Complete report

Have there been any developments that may impact the scope or schedule?
-No

Do we need any additional information from the client, stakeholders, sponsor?
- Increasing concern about too little emphasis on Windows in the
discussion needs to be clarified. This should not delay the
completion of the project.

Issues/Key Learnings
-It is more obvious that increasing customer access to IS Server
services has to be preceded by good preparation so that teams are
well equipped to manage the new service effectively.

Team Dynamics
Good.
