- Project kickoff meeting (4/16) with the team the Discovery co-process leader.
- Created a Project Notebook.
- Discussed the team norms and meeting times.
- Began scan of peer institution Web sites for the peer institution survey.
- Began considering questions for MIT survey
- Submitted remarks for presentation at ITPartners
- Began considering questions for Common Solutions Group
*Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)
- Conduct MIT survey
- Present questions to Common Solutions Group
- Interview staff in DLCs who are supporting PDA users
- Analyze data collected
*Have there been any developments that may impact the scope or schedule?
- Alphanumeric paging may need to be added to the scope.
- Polling the Common Solutions Group will significantly shorten our review of
practices by peer institutions.

* Team Dynamics
- We've yet to have a meeting when everyone is in attendance, but the interest
among team members and consultants is very high, and participation is great.
