*Accomplishments (what did we accomplish in the last period?)
-Wrote the learnings from the interviews and focus group as a first
draft for the Discovery Report.
-Moved the peer institution review to local urban schools.
-Began the discussion on the work flow of the current Parking system
and prepared data flow diagrams.
-Scheduled a second meeting with our present software provider,
McGann, to discuss the new SQL version of their software.
-Began writing some drafts of the Discovery Report.
* Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)
-Meet with the team and prepare the Final report.
-Complete the report and present it to the sponsor.
-Have a meeting with Discovery and Delivery leaders to ensure a
smooth transition between the two processes.
*Have there been any developments that may impact the scope or schedule? None.
* Issues/Key Learnings
We want to check with McGann regarding some of their code for a
possible upgrade of the system.
*Team Dynamics
Good team interaction and participation.
