- Launched & completed survey
- 557 End Users
- 72 System Administrators
- generated a list of things that will need to be addressed during the
release project
Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)
- Analyze survey results
- Write the Discovery Report
Have there been any developments that may impact the scope or schedule?
- Things are going to take a bit longer than foreseen, expect completion
during early June
Issues/Key Learnings
- Use the WCS tools for generating CGI text files and process the results
(from a Eudora mailbox) into an tab delimitted text file for importing into
excel.
