Accomplishments (what did we accomplish in the last period?)
- Launched Team
- Developed Survey Questions (choose two survey to focus on End User vs.
SysAdmins)
- Met with RCC to discuss XP in dorms
- Acquired copies of Windows XP
- Clarified that we are NOT testing applications on Windows XP (that is a
release/Delivery effort)
- Identified potential impacts on IS teams
- Acquired incentives for survey

Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)
- Finalize and launch survey
- Check back with impacted teams regarding resources
- Collect and analyze survey results

Have there been any developments that may impact the scope or schedule?
- Developing the survey has taken longer than anticipated
- Not testing applications has made the scope more manageable
- It has taken longer than anticipated get our hands on Windows XP Home
Edition to compare with Professional

Issues/Key Learnings
- Focusing the surveys at the different audiences will help to focus the
questions to hopefully produce more meaningful results.
- Good surveys take a REALLY long time to setup

Team Dynamics
Good, though work balance isn't ideal - a couple members seem to be doing
most of the work.
